Hello folks for those that are new to internet marketing I’m going to outline a few things to help you get started online. Whether your selling your own products or marketing a product from an affiliate program, it is imperative that you seperate yourself from the crowd.
In order to do this your going to need two things:
1) A Domain Name
When picking a domain name it should be related to the product or service your looking to sell or market on the internet. Your domain name should incorporate if possible your taket keyword or keyphrase. For example suppose your looking to market high end video cards, you should try to create a domain name that would contain the keyword phrase video cards - like videocardworld.com.
You also want to select a domain with the dot com extension, since most surfers are very familiar with this type of domain name extension.
2) A Website
You want to have your own website so that you can not only create you specific ad copy if your marketing some elses producst or services, but also this allow you to capture the name and email address of potential customers, that you can the can market other products or services too in the future.
I use several website hosting services, but most of my sites are hosted with Westnic Hosting. They offer some of the best hosting deals on the net.
